To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kitabah Company WLL and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of:
• the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
